Maintenance and ADA Audit & Remediation
Our ongoing website support and maintenance services provide a resource for any technical issue that may arise for your business. WebAfford provides maintenance services for those that have existing websites and need updates, enhancements or fixes. We will provide a time estimate before undertaking the work and payment will be collected in advance, if you don’t have a support plan that covers the cost. We will need administrative access to the website and proof of ownership. Any platform service provided on our detailed services guide can be provided as maintenance. Our current published rate can be found here . We do not accept urgent or emergency work, these types of issues should be presented to your current providers.
Custom Development
Sometimes there is no canned software package that does all you need it to do, so at the end of project evaluation you decide you need a custom application developed, we can take it from there. We will help you formalize the project and design requirements, solution the best technologies and approach, and build the solution to those specifications. If you have someone internally that will be responsible for content on the website or processing orders, this is when we do one-on-one training with them, we can also put together some documentation together to help them. You are in post go-live support mode, what happens here depends on your hosting choices and training.
